Coach Ally Mende serves as one of Power Arm- Ramsey's lead instructors and brings with her a wealth of knowledge from her successful tenure as both a collegiate player and high school/travel coach.

High School
Ally Mende was a 3 year varsity softball player at Ramsey High School and the starting varsity pitcher beginning her junior season. She was a two time recipient of all Bergen county recognition, 1st team all NBIAL, named Bergen Record Athlete of the Week in 2012, and also competed in the North vs South All Star game. Ally ended her high school career with a 1.9 ERA and a senior season record of 26-2.

College Experience
She continued her career in Division II softball at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. Where she competed 4 years and finished her career with a 3.79 pitching ERA, 23-19 record (5th highest at ESU), and received 2nd team all PSAC and the ESU MVP award.

Coaching/Professional Experience
Ally Mende has worked alongside many coaches for pitching and fielding clinics, dedicating her time to help improve skills of various age groups. Ally is a health and physical education teacher at Ridgewood High School. She was the assistant varsity coach at Butler High School in 2018, currently coaches a 16U club team out of northern New Jersey, and will be coaching at Ridgewood High School in 2019.
