Power Arm Strength is Power Arm's full-service sports performance division, offering high caliber developmental training for athletes of all ages and levels.

Our goal is to present a modern, comprehensive, and elite form of sport-specific training- the optimal environment where we not only cater to making an athlete bigger, faster, and stronger for their respective sport(s), but more importantly to focus on the athlete’s recovery, longevity, overall health, and knowledge/education of sports performance. We believe that this, in conjunction with our Power Arm Care Athlete Therapy, Preventative Maintenance and Rehabilitation services, will allow our athletes the best opportunity to achieve optimal performance in a healthy and sustainable way.

Comprehensive, Full Body Assessments

Power Arm Strength- Full Body Assessment

Each athlete undergoes a comprehensive full-body assessment, which allows us to design a customized program that promotes an efficient and effective strength training regimen, as well as specifically addresses any areas of weakness or imbalances that are discovered. Our full-body assessments help to:

-Provide a baseline for the athletes physical abilities, which helps us to recommend and create an individualized, effective, and efficient programming structure.

-Discover any areas of weakness or imbalances that may need to be specifically addressed to prevent an increased risk of injury.

-Allows us to educate the athlete on his overall physical status, potential limitations, and provide realistic expectations.

-Gain insight into athletic and injury history to better program the proper training regimen.

Individualized, Multi-Phasic Programming

Power Arm Strength training programs are multi-phasic, and designed to focus on an individual athletes goals and needs. Depending on time of year, the athletes experience, and his or her sport, our multi-phasic approach allows for a progressive programming structure that best suits the athlete at his or her current point in their athletic career.

Our multi-phasic, individualized programs differ based on sport and season, however all incorporate the following phases based on the athletes needs and what type of performance his or her sport requires.

Multiple Training Options

Power Arm Strength Training Options 
Power Arm Strength offers multiple training options based on a player, team or organization's needs.

Private Strength Training

The most intimate training experience available. Work directly with your personal expert trainer in 1-on-1 sessions. This option is perfect for:
.
-Our high-caliber or fast track HS, college, or professional athletes
.
-Those who may need to address physical limitations or injury comeback in a focused, very intimate manner.
.
-Athletes with scheduling restrictions that may not fit into group sessions

Group Strength Training

Group Strength Training is limited to 4-5 player max, and incorporates regimented programming in an intimate, yet competitive environment. Every group is supervised and trained by a Power Arm expert trainer. Each athlete follows a progressive program to reach maximum potential entering the season. Groups are structured with athletes at a similar age, athletic ability and with similar goals to help stimulate a competitive & cooperative training environment. Team Training

Power Arm Strength Team Training is the ultimate team training experience. Teams learn to work as a team to accomplish performance goals in a competitive environment, while still focusing on accomplishing individual training goals. Team training follows a progressive program through the offseason and flexible scheduling based on your teams availability.

Monthly Memberships

Monthly strength memberships allow experienced lifters to benefit from our state-of-the-art facility and elite strength programming, while training on their own. Customized programming for each membership athlete ensures that progressive development will be achieved, and Power Arm staff will help guide each membership athlete through the training when needed.

Remote Training 

Not in the area? Power Arm Strength's remote training programs allow athletes to benefit from our customized, sport-specific programming at home, while away at school, or in their own gym. Athletes receive their customized programming, a list of required equipment, video demonstrations of each exercise, and access to Power Arm Staff for questions during their training.
