Rob Benjamin Power Arm Baseball Instructor
Rob serves as Power Arm-Ramsey’s Director of Player Development. He brings with him an unparalleled level of experience providing elite instruction and coaching to players from Little League to the MLB.
Coach Rob has joined Power Arm-Ramsey after spending a year in Southern California as the Managing Director and Hitting Instructor of 108 Performance Academy, one of the nation’s leaders in Baseball Performance Training and Research & Development. Coach Rob has also been fortunate enough to have worked with hundreds of Youth, HS, DI-III, JUCO, NAIA, USA National Team, and MLB/MiLB players over the past 10 years.

Playing Experience:
Coach Rob attended Truman HS in the Bronx NYC where he was a 4 year starter and varsity captain. After HS, Coach Rob went on to play college baseball at Florida Junior College D1 Powerhouse TCC. He then transferred to DIII Baruch College (CUNY) where he led the team to a Conference Championship, while earning Player of the Year, All-Conference, All-ECAC, Rookie of the Year, and NCAA DIII Honorable Mention honors in 2001. After college, Rob signed a professional contract to play for the Washington Wild Things during their inaugural season in the Frontier league.
Rob has had the opportunity to learn from some of the brightest minds in the hitting community, including Kyle Wagner (GoWags Baseball), Richard Schenck (Teacherman), Eugene Bleeker (108 Performance Academy), Adam Virant (NYC Bulldogs), Trent Otis (Zona Baseball), Hugh Quattlebaum (Hitting Coordinator- Seattle Mariners), and Nate Fish (Israel National Team & YD Red Sox-Cape Cod Hitting Coach). 
Coach Rob is the founder of Riot Hitting and is a certified Green Light Hitting Instructor. He has a BA/MA in Criminal Justice from John Jay College and is married with three beautiful boys.
